The Deep Sea Civilization (DSC) represents a non-human intelligent civilization originating in the abyssal regions of planetary oceans. Unlike conventional discovery narratives, DSC was not first encountered in our universe.

Its recognition occurred in a parallel universe, and the purpose of this project is to initiate a carefully guided discovery process in our own universe, using verified knowledge and artifacts transferred across realities.
